The Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for leading large, complex, division-wide projects for improvement, innovation, and risk control and governing best practice standards for business process optimization across the Treaty division. They will strategically partner with cross-functional client-facing teams to analyze processes, data, and implement improvement initiatives The Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing our business processes to drive efficiency, quality, and operational excellence (with a focus on Client centricity). They will create and execute plans to track efficiency, productivity, and quality improvement goals and targets.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred

  • 7+ years experience leading projects, teams and/or initiatives from kick-off to close, specifically, planning and leading initiatives with a strong ability to align stakeholders

  • 7+ years of successful leadership in executing continuous improvement/Lean/six sigma efforts and enabling efficiency

  • Relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma, are preferred

  • Experience facilitating and driving change in a fast-paced growth focused environment

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in process journey, mapping, and designing tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
