In this position you will support HSB’s digital client integration strategy (Digital Delivery) for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines product endorsements. Own the Digital Delivery API service roadmap and manage client onboarding.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.

  • Graduate degree or specialized digital strategy experience is preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital strategy/customer experience environment, and/or managing the ideation, creation and implementation of enterprise solutions to support both business and customer needs, and/or with customer centric design and user experience.

  • Digital B2B and B2C expertise specifically in the insurance/finance industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Development of business requirements

  • Agile project management concepts

  • Understanding of data services and APIs, and how they integrate with partner sales and service experiences.

  • Knowledge of ACORD data standards preferred.

  • Superior interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong relationships across functional areas.

  • Ability to collaborate with IT, business and customer tracks; able to effectively communicate with each area.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; managing multiple projects and time frames.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present in public and influence through expertise.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the flexibility to approach challenges from multiple angles.

  • Ability to make decisions in an informed, confident and timely manner.
