Location: Hartford, CT Office or Valley Forge/Wayne, PA Office - Hybrid Work Schedule

Support the data governance team in the formation and execution of a data governance framework, strategies, standards and the execution of the Client File Run Process. Second level support in response to customer’s queries. Collaborate with team members to ensure product delivery. Work with Product Specialist to ensure customers follow rates, guidelines, coverages. Work with corporate Underwriting and Client Operation Managers to ensure adherence to the file specification guidelines. Assist in the development of any new specifications for existing or future products. Create user stories, as needed, for system defects and/or enhancements. Review of tasks completed within the Informatica Systems to ensure quality of data.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT and/or equivalent work experience is required.

  • 3+ years’ experience in data intake and working knowledge of P&C insurance company and agency operations, business processing systems, workflow documentation, and reporting.

  • Good understanding of all HSB’s Products/coverages preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis and data quality, customer communication knowledge

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player

  • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient organizational skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Adaptable to change
